Doing a good job helping a client buy a home or land requires an agent to be skilled in a number of areas. Helping to buy waterfront properties require additional skills.

Locating the Property

A Recently Remodeled KitchenTwenty years managing electronic products, an MBA in marketing from Seattle University and experience in market research help me know what questions to ask as we determine your needs in a property. Broad knowledge of the North Kitsap and Jefferson counties--especially the Poulsbo and Port Ludlow areas--and years selling real estate help me find properties that meet those needs. If you are from out of the area, my skills as an amateur photographer can help  to clearly depict properties of interest with photos, which I then email to you.

Negotiation, Communication and Problem Solving

A career in product and project management have given me several valuable skills: negotiating a contract that will work for all involved and that all involved will work to make happen; keeping everyone involved in the sale informed; making sure that everyone knows the ramifications of a decision so no one is surprised by an outcome; real-world problem solving; and managing the transaction--ensuring all the required activities happen on time.

First-hand Waterfront KnowledgeOur home on Hood Canal

As an owner of a home on the waterfront that my wife and I helped build, I have first-hand knowledge about the issues unique to waterfront, like bank stability, setbacks, and erosion protection. If you are considering buying a waterfront property, I can help you understand it through the lens of that experience.

f you are ready to buy or sell, or need more information, I'm ready to help.
