For many waterfront property owners, the primary reason for owning waterfront is to have ready beach access. For the lucky few, their bank is low enough that they can walk down the bank to the beach. For the rest of us, some sort of a structure is needed. Stairs are the most common. For especially high banks, a powered access system is often more desirable, though also more expensive. For those of you who own or plan to own waterfront property, I have compiled some local companies that build both types of beach access: stairs and powered systems, such as cable cars and inclined elevators. To access them, click on the link below, and scroll down to the three Beach Access entries. Click on the desired entry to see the company's web site.
